Shipment

Delivery of the order to a foreign country

When placing an order on working days before 05:00 PM (GMT + 1) and finish the payment directly, you will receive the order within 3-5 working days. The process of a bank transfer may take longer, this will cause into a longer delivery time.

Orders placed in the weekends will be shipped on Mondays.

Shipping costs

A shipping fee of 1.95 will be applied for your order, for all orders and all countries.

Returns

Because our products are personalized, it’s not possible to cancel an order when it has been shipped. For questions and complaints about your order you can contact our customer service for finding an appropriate solution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your uploaded image may be to large or to small. You can change this by yourself or send the image by e-mail to info@designacase.com with the indication of your mobile phone.
If the format of the case is not matching with the desired format, you can correct this by placing a framework around the image. You can also send an email to info@designacase.com with the indication of your mobile phone.

Our orders are being delivered straight into the mailbox. You don’t have to be at home when the order is being delivered.

Because our products are personalized, it’s not possible to cancel an order when it has been shipped.

When your order has been delivered damaged we ask you to send a picture to info@designacase.com with the indication of your order number.
